We had to imagine a project with an innovative triangular architecture to adapt to the constraints of the plot in order to maximize the living space and to create functional and warm housing.
The outcome proposed by CGV Architects: plans with a clear design, allowing a maximum of windows to obtain very luminous apartments, with terraces on the first floor and balconies on the upper floors.
The exploitation of the geometric form of the building does not ignore the outdoor living spaces, yet it provides intimacy and privacy. The occupants will be able to enjoy the surrounding vegetation and in particular the majestic trees of the neighborhood.
On this particular project Orion EG is taking a constructive approach to meet the specific characteristics of the building.
Located in downtown Nyon, the future 3-story building represents a SIA volume of 2’700 m3. Modern and innovative materials have been carefully selected to meet the demanding thermal requirements of the HPE (High Energy Performance) label.
